R+P Post 5: Our opening sequence idea

Beginning:
The antagonist walks up the stairs of his house, and opens the door of his room where he opens a laptop to watch a news report.

Middle:
The news report fills the screen and the news anchor is reporting two missing teenagers, the anchor introduces their colleague who is at the site. The two exchange questions on a split screen which gets cut short as the news reporter see's something behind the cameraman, the camera pans round only to show nothing however when they pan back the reporter has mysteriously disappeared. A few seconds the attacker captures the cameraman too, leaving the camera dropped on the floor still rolling showing two feet walk past (audience would then assume its the attackers feet). The news anchor then ends the show and says its due to technical difficulties









End:
Camera cuts back to the room of the antagonist finishes the news report, he picks up his phone and straight away says the words "it's done" therefore making him look suspicious. The screen goes black and the title of the film appears on a black background which is "DISTURBANCES"
