EDIT WEEK 1 AIM: get all of the footage edited, along with the added soundtrack, this was to help us see if a back-up shoot was necessary. We used out edit schedule to delegate roles and if certain things weren't finished the next person on the rota would complete it. Below is our editing schedule
As a group we decided: to have a back up shoot due to the fact that I was extremely unprepared when taking over the role as news reporter as I was not in the correct costume and because I did not know the script by heart. We also had a group discussion and received our teachers' opinions, who agreed with us also, due to this, a back up shoot was unavoidable.
Issues when editing: the lighting from the different shots (in the same scene) were not consistent and as a result, a lot of grading needed to be done, so that there was no continuity error.
