How did you prepare for the back up shoot?
we prepared by creating a shoot board so that we knew what shots to film first and how long we should be spending on each shot. For the latter part, we had timings in the first column of the table.
Below is the shoot board
How did it change? - we filmed in location 3 first, (the 'news report scene') I acted in the back up shoot.
Why did it change? - from the main shoot we knew that there was still not a clear link between the news report and the film opening and so we needed to film it first so that when we got to location 1, we could play the finished scene on the laptop so that the link was clear.
What was done differently?
We shot a lot earlier in the morning so that we had more daylight. And we also re-filmed the scene at location 2 because of the issue regarding my costume not being very professional and news-reporter-like and also the script not being memorised and so i read off of a cue to the left.
Below are two pictures showing the difference

Were there any obstacles that affected our shooting?
The rain - weather forecast meant that we needed to be punctual and start shooting on time so that we wouldn't be filming in pouring rain at our second location
Overall views of the back-up shoot
It was very good especially because we were very time efficient, this meant that our first takes were successful
